Hi Everyone,

We just upgraded to EIAS v8 on our G5 (OS 10.4.11, quad-core, 2.5 GHz).  Animator works fine; I can add uber-shapes and translate them.  However, whenever I try to take a snapshot I get this error:

“Error: Incorrect shared memory block (incompatible Renderama Slave/Camera)”

I get this same message when I click on the Camera icon in the EIAS 8.0.0 folder.  Does anyone know what might be happening?  I re-installed v8 but that didn’t help.
