There is a 600x500 image size limit and it must be at most 150K for the image attachments. raspberry

Looks like there is a page two error! Never tested that. Working on it now.

Good work on the new site!

Ian,

It’s a silly question perhaps, but where do we go to see the images that we post in the new gallery?

Also, wouldn’t it be better if our user password where somehow associated with the folder we get.  I believe in honor, and it would be nice if everyone else did too.  What is to keep someone from putting a malicious image in a users folder… say a picture of Britney Spears!!! Perish the thought…

Thanks for moving the web community forward,
Yon

Heyyyy,

Well, I think the images will first be vetted by the EITG crew (not me wink and they’ll select some to put online, I don’t think they’ve been through the FTP site yet.

As for FTP usernames and all that jazz, I’m sure EITG will react very quickly if such things were to happen (worth noting that the FTP site is upload only).

Plus, us EI users are a trusty bunch right? wink

Ian,
you I trust… but that Matt Hoffman guy?  wink

Now I get it, and you are correct.  I tried to download what I uploaded, and I won’t let me.  I’ll have to upload nicer stuff then.

take care,
Yon

PS if you guys start special sections again, like you had for Industrial Design, then I would certainly appreciate one for Architectural Rendering.

I meant a sub category in this forum.  Though it was not well traveled they had a section for industrial designers to chat about how the program could be bent for their needs.  There seem to be a fair number if Arch Vis folk posting, perhaps our combined input could raise the bar for all.

You are correct about the gallery section, and the gallery is well appreciated.  As is your time and all the badge wearing folk who keep this forum and application going.

Take care,
Yon

Ahhhhh, sorry about that.

I think the plan is to keep the forum count to a minimum so it’s nice and simple, and of course, this concentrate all the useful discussions.

No group gets left out this way wink

I wonder if we have enough material for a new show-reel?

Hi, Ian
I think so, the TV/Film gallery has some very nice projects. smile
