Electronic Software Downloads

EI Technology Group's products can be selected as downloadable software from our Online Store. Once your credit card has been authorized, processing can take up to 2 minutes, you will receive instructions on how to download your software as well as any necessary serial/pin numbers.

If the transmission is interrupted in any way you will initially receive a total of two attempts to download your software. If at any reason you cannot download the software or need to receive additional attempts please contact the EI Technology Group Sales team or (210) 377-2525. At an additional cost (plus shipping & handling) a CD-ROM with installation files can, but not required, will be shipped to the customer.

We accept ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on software downloads. Please read the system requirements very carefully before making any purchases.

Physical shipment of software and other products

EI Technology Group products (NON-DOWNLOADABLE) are shipped via UPS. All orders received before 2pm CENTRAL TIME ON BUSINESS DAYS will ship same day unless one of the following conditions occur: Credit Card is Declined, Lack of Customer Information, Acts of God & War, Product is Backordered, or Product is a Preorder. All orders will ship the following business day if received after the 2PM Pacific Time deadline.

We will ACCEPT RETURNS for physical shipped products under these conditions:

1. The product is returned within 10 DAYS of your acceptance of the original shipment.
2. The product is not open.
3. The product is not damaged.

Refunds will not be given if the product appears to be opened or tampered with. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Your credit card will be issued a credit within 7-10 business days.

To return products to EI Technology Group please email the sales team or call us at (210) 377-2525 and request an RMA number. Products returned without an RMA number will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer.
